垫层拉深工艺的试验研究

摘    要:本文采用试验方法研究了聚乙烯膜在坯料与凹模表面之间的润滑效果,测定了不同润滑方式,SPCC和L4M板材的极限拉深系数,分析了采用了聚乙烯膜为润滑的润滑机理。结果表明,垫层拉深工艺能够有效地改善拉深件的表面质量,降低极限拉深系数,使变形程度得到提高。该研究结果对于改善拉深件的表面质量和提高变形程序,具有积极意义。

Abstract:In this paper,the lubrica tion effects of polythene film betweev a flat blank and the surface of the die plate are studied by means of the experimental method. In the case of the different lubrication method.the limiting cup-drawing coefficient of spcc & L4M is determined, and the lubrication mechanism with the polythene film is analysed.It is showed that.by using the process of cup-drawing with plastics pad.the surface quality of the cup-drawing parts can effectively be improved the limiting cup-drawing coefficient can be decreased and the degree of deformation Can be increased. The results are very useful to the improve ment of the surface quality of the cup-drowing parts and the increasement of their degree of deformation.
