W型地下井发射环境数值模拟与分析

摘    要:为研究导弹地下井发射环境,采用计算流体力学方法对W型井导弹发射过程的流场进行了数值模拟。通过将仿真数据与理论计算及试验结果进行对比,验证了计算模型和数值方法的准确性。采用动网格技术处理流场计算区域随导弹运动的变化过程。仿真结果表明,在整个发射过程中燃气流具有反射、引射和充分发展3个阶段,造成发射环境参数有较大变化。分析了压力和温度参数的变化规律。该数值算法和仿真结果可推广应用于发射井的设计、优化及改进。

Abstract:In order to investigate silo launching environment for the missile,the flow field during launching was numerically simulated by means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method.Through comparison of simulated results and experimental results,accuracy of computational model and numerical method was verified.The change of computational zones in flow field with moving process of the missile was treated by means of dynamic mesh technology.The simulation results show that the gas flow includes three stages,ies reflection,injection and full development,resulting in large change of the launching environmental parameters.The change law of pressure and temperature parameter was analyzed.The numerical caculation method and results can be used for design,optimization and improvement of the launching silo.
