摘    要:某小口径变截面复合材料进气道的内腔尺寸小,表面处理困难,整体制造难度大,如何在满足进气道表面质量要求的基础上,降低工艺难度,同时赋予零件功能化,是目前亟待解决的问题。提出一种可实现结构功能一体化的工艺方法,采用分块组合式的结构设计,在工艺控制下成型出厚度均匀(表面波纹度不超过0.5 mm)、变形量小的蒙皮零件,同时在分块状态下完成喷铝、喷漆处理赋予零件功能化。采用法兰边连接和带板固定连接的协同方式,解决了分块蒙皮之间的对缝阶差问题。成功制造出满足设计和使用要求的复合材料进气道。

Abstract:The overall manufacture of the small-diameter variable-section composite air inlet is difficult, and the small size of the inner cavity makes it impossible to carry out surface treatment. Based on this, this paper proposed a manufacturing method to realize the integration of structure and function.The block and combined structure design is adopted, then the skin parts with uniform thickness (surface waviness not exceeding 0.5 mm) and small deformation are formed under the process control. To solve the problem of seam level difference between segmented skins, the synergistic method of flange edge connection and fixed connection with plate is adopted. The composite air inlet that meet the design and usage requirements has been successfully manufactured.
