摘 要: | 航空发动机叶尖径向间隙是影响其性能和结构安全性的重要因素。简述了航空发动机叶尖间隙研究的国内外发展现状,进而量化间隙对发动机性能的影响,摸清叶尖间隙随飞行里程的变化规律,总结出影响叶尖间隙的主要因素有热负荷、离心负荷、转子不平衡响应、转子热弯曲、机动载荷等,基于各影响因素认为,通过转、静子变形来综合计算分析稳态、瞬态间隙是目前发动机叶尖间隙主要分析方法。为数值分析发动机叶尖间隙打下技术基础。

Abstract: | Aeroengine tip radial clearance is an essential factor effects on both performance and structural safety. The development status of aeroengine tip radial clearance in the world was investigated, which the influence of clearance on performance was quantified and the clearance variation during the flight course was found out. The main factors influencing the clearance were summarized, including thermal load, centrifugal load, rotor unbalance response, rotor thermal bending and maneuvering loads. Based on the influence factors, synthetic calculating and analyzing steady and transient tip radial clearance by the rotor-stator deformation is the main analysis method at present. It provides a technical foundation for the numerical analysis of aeroengine tip clearance. |
