摘    要:采用SHS/PHIP技术制备出了致密的TiC-Al2O3-Fe 金属陶瓷。分析了合成产物的微观组织结构。结果表明,随着金属Fe 相的加入,TiC颗粒尺寸变小,颗粒趋于均匀,且消除了TiC与Al2O3 颗粒之间的微孔。粘结相中Fe 与Al2O3 之间的界面光滑,与TiC之间有一薄的扩散层。Fe 粘结相中有少量胞状有序结构,它可能是以Fe3Al为基的DO3 型合金相。由于SHS/PHIP过程中的快速加压,合成产物的TiC颗粒中存在高密度位错。

Abstract:Dense TiC Al 2O 3 Fe cermets were produced by self propagationg high temperature synthesis and pseudo hot isostatic pressing(SHS/PHIP).The microstructure of the product was analyzed.The results show that the particle size of TiC becomes small and uniform as Fe content increasing.It is favorable to eliminating the small pores between TiC and Al 2O 3 particles.The interfacial bonding between Fe and Al 2O 3 was smooth.A thin diffusion layer was found between Fe and TiC.Cellular structure probably being DO 3 type alloy as Fe 3Al matrix was found in Fe binder phase.A great amount of dislocations were found in TiC particle dur to the quickly pressing in the processing of SHS/PHIP.
