Management information system construction for adult higher education

In informational era of the 21 century,to develop an effective Management Information System is an important step to promote education concept for higher college to be the front of technology.By analyzing the necessary and urgency of building a MIS,the thesis designed a special system for the characteristic of adult higher education,and brought forward a real working scheme.The case implementation results of the system show that it not only improved the working efficiency of the officers and teachers significantly,but also provided a learning and communicating platform for the students,which improves the higher education quality greatly.
