| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于分类 DCT的 SAR图像压缩编码算法 ,该算法在国际静止图像压缩标准 JPEG基础上 ,将图像划分为平坦区域和波动区域 ,依据人的视觉生理特点 ,对不同区域采用不同的量化编码方式 ,结果 ,既可以获得较高的压缩比 ,同时也可保证良好的视觉效果。实验结果验证了算法的有效性

| Abstract: | In the paper,an image compression algorithm based on classified DCT for SAR is proposed.An image is classified as two parts by its activity and each one is quantized respectively according to HVS.The algorithm has higher compression rate and better visual effect than JPEG.The experiment result shows the efficiency of the algorithm. |
