一种自学习Fuzzy控制器

摘    要:为了提高Puzzy控制器的性能,适当调整Fuzzy控制规则是很重要的。本文利用参考Fuzzy集的概念给出了一种便于规则调整的Fuzzy控制算法。由于这种算法避免了输入和输出数值域上的离散化,所以具有较强的灵活性。为了估计Fuzzy控制器的性能,本文利用了参考模型。通过参考模型与被控对象输出的偏差来实时调整Fuzzy控制规则,构成了自学习Fuzzy控制器。仿真结果表明,自学习性能是令人满意的。

Abstract:To improve the performance of fuzzy controllers, it is essential to adjust fuzzy control regulations properly. In this paper, a new fuzzy controller is proposed by using the concept of reference fuzzy sets. The control regulations of the new fuzzy controller are easy to adjust because the controller avoid the discretions on input and output ranges.Then,a reference model is used to estimate the performance of the fuzzy controller.The derivatives between the output of reference model and the output of controller plant are used to adjust the fuzzy control regulation so that a self-learning fuzzy'controller is built'. Simulation shows' that the performance of the self-learning fuzzy controller is satisfactory.
