悬臂梁根部金属橡胶减振器阻尼性能的实验研究

摘    要:本文拓展金属橡胶减振材料的应用领域,对其用于悬臂梁根部进行减振进行了研究。实验中对不同金属丝材料,不同的压紧密度,以及不同的安装位置等进行了实验考查,实验结果表明适当的调节金属橡胶的结构参数,将有效地提高其对悬梁的减振效果。

Abstract:An experimental investigation on application of the Metal Rubber to vibration reduction of the cantilever beam has been carried out.Therefrom the engineering application field of the Metal Rubber damping material is expanded.The parameters such as the materials of metal wire,the pressing density of the Metal Rubber and directions of the location rubber damper have been studied experimentally.The results indicate that the vibration of the cantilever beam can be greatly reduced,only if the construction parameters of the metal rubber are properly selected.
