摘    要:介绍了一种直射式供油的双旋流空气雾化喷嘴的喷雾性能.该双旋流器采用旋向相反的径向开孔式设计,在常温常压下进行喷雾试验,研究了不同空气压力降和气液比工况下液雾的索太尔平均直径(SMD)及分布指数.试验中雾化液体为航空煤油,采用马尔文激光测雾仪测量喷嘴端面下游50mm处的液雾分布.研究结果表明:随着气液比的增加,SMD减小,分布指数也减小,并且存在一个关键气液比,在超过关键气液比的工况下,液雾的SMD及分布指数变化很小.

Abstract:An air-blast atomizer consisting of a plain orifice nozzle and dual counter-rotating radial swirlers was experimentally investigated to obtain sauter mean diameter(SMD) and Rosin-Rammler distribution parameter at different pressure drops and air-fuel ratios.The mean diameter and distribution parameter of fuel spray were measured by Marlven particle size analyzer.The experimental results show that the SMD and distribution parameter of fuel spray decrease with increasing air pressure drop and air-fuel ratio,and a critical air-fuel ratio occurs in the transitional process,when the actual air-fuel ratio exceeds the critical,the SMD and the distribution parameter change little with changing air pressure drop and air-fuel ratio
