| 摘 要： | 在网络环境下，高职院校图书馆的读者的阅读需求呈现许多新的特点，随其特点的发展变化，迫使图书馆读者服务工作的思想观念、服务内容、服务手段和馆员角色也随之发生变化，提出和阐述了计算机和网络化管理是图书馆事业的发展趋势。
