The Pluralistic Model on Community Construction of Large-sized Living Area

Large - sized living area is the outcome of the rapid process of urbanization, the community construction face the problem of the centralized residence of vulnerable people, the employment difficulty of residents and the low degree of community autonomy. This paper takes Pudong Shanghai as an example, tries to explore a pluralistic model on community construction of large - sized living area. A pluralistic model means the correct positioning of managements and to achieve the goal of multiple managements and promote community autonomy.
