民用机场及附近空域空中交通流量优化

针对民航客运需求快速增长所带来的航班延误和空域拥塞问题,提出一种优化民用机场及附近空域空中交通流量的方法。通过空中交通走廊容量评估方法,对经典优化模型进行了发展和改进,建立起综合性优化模型;将机场和附近空域视为一个整体系统,根据交通需求和容量的相互关系动态调整航班流量和机场起降容量;在优化计算时,提出一种兼顾效率和准确性的新型优化算法。通过算例对所述优化方法进行了验证,该方法可以为空中交通管制人员进行流量优化分配提供参考。

Studies of Optimizing Air Traffic Flow of Civil Airport and Surrounding Airspace

The dramatic growth of air traffic demand has caused the increasing flight delays and congestion in air transportation.This paper develops a method for optimizing air traffic flow in civil airport and surrounding airspace to reduce delays and congestion.A synthesized optimization model is established through proposing a method to estimate fix capacity,which develops and improves the current classical model.The optimization could be achieved through dealing with an airport and its surrounding airspace as a whole system,and allocating the air traffic flow and airport capacity dynamically according to the relationship between traffic demand and the capacity.An updated optimization algorithm with high efficiency and accuracy is proposed and it is compared with another ordinary algorithm through being applied to a study case to show its advantages.The result of the case is analyzed and it indicates that this optimization method could be used to provide air traffic controllers with optimal flow allocation.
