摘    要:应用格模型和统计学方法分析了多孔陶瓷材料的失效问题.首先建立了多孔材料宏观力学性能分析的有限元模型,然后使用自适应加载技术对多孔材料单向拉伸失效过程进行模拟,最后根据统计学方法对计算模拟结果进行统计分析.通过三维格模型方便地考虑到了气孔大小、位置分布、气孔率等影响因素,研究表明:脆性多孔陶瓷材料的失效过程表现出一定塑性,气孔位置随机分布引起失效强度的分散性,气孔率越高,材料失效强度越低.

Abstract:The failure problems of porous ceramic materials were analyzed using the lattice model and statistical methods.Finite element model of porous ceramic materials was established firstly.Then,the failure process of porous ceramic materials was simulated by using self-adapt load technique.Finally,the simulation results were analyzed statistically.The effects of the pores' size,volume and porosity,etc,were considered easily through 3-D lattice model.The study shows that the failure process of the brittle porous materials exhibit certain plastic property;the stochastic distribution of the pores causes some differences in the terms of failure strength;the higher porosity means lower failure strength.
