摘    要:针对飞行器结构热试验常用辐射加热元件石英灯,利用比电阻法和热辐射法获得了典型石英灯的电压-灯丝温度曲线,并对两种方法进行了误差分析,表明两种方法都可用于灯丝温度的预测。讨论了石英玻璃的频谱特性,根据灯丝的辐射光谱得出了灯管的工作温度。预测了石英灯的潜在破坏模式。

Abstract:Electro-thermal properties of quartz-lamp used in thermal-structural test were discussed. The voltage-filament temperature curves of the typical quartz-lamps were obtained by using electrical resistivity method and heat radiation method. The comparison between the two methods as well as error analysis was given. The results show that both methods were applicable for predicting the filament temperature. Quartz-tube temperature was got according to the filament spectral property. Lastly, preliminary survey about the failure model of quartz-lamp was put forward.
