基于全尺寸飞机的前起落架最大回弹载荷静力试验研究

摘    要:以全尺寸飞机为载体,进行均匀充气轮胎和跑气轮胎两种工况条件下前起落架最大回弹载荷静力试验研究。试验结果表明,随着载荷的增加,跑气轮胎条件下拉应变、压应变以及左、右轮心的位移基本为线性增长。均匀充气轮胎条件下,结构拉应变和压应变随着载荷增加也基本成线性增长,但在加载百分数超过80%以后,拉应变增幅加大。同时该条件下左、右轮心位移值呈线性增长。与均匀充气轮胎情况相比,跑气轮胎条件下的应变和位移较小。

Abstract:Static test on the maximal rebound load of aircraft frontal undercarriage considering two type of situations which were equable pressure situation and lost pressure situation was performed with full scale aircraft. It shows that the strain and displacement of the undercarriage increase linearly with the load increasing in lost pressure situation. In equable pressure situation, the trend of the strain is the same as that of lost pressure situation before 80% of design load achieved, and the strain changes more rapidly in 80%-100% section of design load. The displacement of the undercarriage in this situation also increases linearly. Comparing to equable pressure situation, the strain and displacement of lost pressure situation are smaller obviously.
