急冷锅炉炉管结构优选分析

摘    要:针对急冷锅炉采用ANSYS软件对急冷锅炉换热单元结构进行数值模拟,得到热负荷均匀情况下各炉管流量分配规律。根据辅助连接管的直径及位置提出6种结构方案,研究其流量分配规律,获得了最优结构。采用数值模拟研究得出最优结构入口联箱和扁圆管的速度场、压力场分布规律均较原结构均匀,从而验证这一结论的正确性。

Abstract:To solve the quench boiler come about buckling deformation, numerical simulation was applied by ANSYS code. And then the mass flow rate distribution of boiler feedwater in heat transfer unit was got. According to the diameter and position of auxiliary join pipe, six kinds of structure projects were presented and their mass flow rate distribution was investigated. The optimum structure was gained. Its velocity field and pressure field were investigated. Its pressure and velocity distribution was more symmetrical than the original structure. So the structure was optimum.
