摘    要:导弹吊挂结构的尺寸参数繁多,而结构形式基本固定。为了提高导弹吊挂有限元分析效率并便于对结构进行寿命可靠性分析,开发了导弹吊挂结构疲劳寿命可靠性分析平台。平台采用Visual Basic语言编写,借助PCL(Patran Command Language)对有限元软件进行二次开发,实现了吊挂结构静强度及疲劳寿命分析的参数化;将六种可靠性分析方法进行计算机编程,实现了吊挂结构可靠性及灵敏度分析的自动化。分析结果表明,仿真分析结果真实有效,可为导弹吊挂的结构优化设计提供技术支持。

Abstract:There are quite a number of dimension parameters in missile suspension structure, but the basic shape of the suspension structure is fixed. In order to improve the efficiency of suspension structure finite element analyze and make the fatigue life reliability analyze easily, a missile suspension fatigue reliability analysis platform is developed. The platform is programmed by Visual Basic language. PCL (Patran Command Language) is used to carry on re-development of the finite element software to implement the parametrization of structural static strength analysis and fatigue life analysis. Translate six reliability analysis methods into computer programming for implement the automation of the reliability and sensitivity analyze. The analysis result proved that simulation results is real and effective, it can provide technical support for suspension structure design.
