摘    要:将全面质量管理的过程决策程序图法(PDPC)与决策分析技术的期望值法(EMV)有机结合,构建了PDPC-EMV理论模型,并将该模型引入到武器装备研制方案的设计环节中,用风险评估的思维解决全面质量管理的问题,为武器装备研制方案的设计工作开辟了一种先期质量控制思路。

Abstract:By the organic integration of PDPC in total quality management system and EMV with decision-mak- ing technique, in this paper, the PDPC-EMV theoretical model was established, and this model was introduced into the design scheme of weapon equipment development as well as it also provided a new ideas for the design cheme. So it solved the problmes exsited in total quality management with the risk assessment method.
