高校复合型法律人才培养模式探析

经济全球化和法律服务国际化的发展形势,要求对传统侧重于法学理论知识的法学教育模式进行彻底改革,转而加大对满足社会实践需求的复合型法律人才培养.复合型法律人才培养模式要求加强针对法科学生的实践教学,改革落后的教学方式,强化对法科学生创新思维的培养.同时,加强对法学相关领域知识和法律专业外语知识的教学,旨在培养能够适应法律服务国际化要求的复合型法律人才.

Analysis on the Higher Educational Mode Aiming to Multiply Qualified Law Graduates

With the ever-increasing momentum of economic globalization and the internation- alization of legal service, the traditional law educational mode, which places too much importance upon the legal theoretical teaching, must be drastically reformed. Cultivating multiply qualified law graduates to meet the needs of society and legal practice should become our priority in university law education. Accordingly, more practice training programs should be underscored to cultivate students＇ creativity. Meanwhile, the education of knowledge in law relating areas and legal foreign languages should be another crucial task in law school education.
