| 摘 要： | 本文从我国民航空管的实际情况出发,指出了我国建设协同流量管理系统的必要性,并以中南地区为例在其现有流量管理系统的基础上,初步规划了中南地区协同流量管理系统的总体构架及建设步骤,详细设计了系统的主要功能程序及其数据处理流程,为完善建设中南地区流量管理系统拓展了思路,为我国空管全面引入协同决策理念提供了借鉴和参考.

| Abstract: | From the practical conditions of China＇s air traffic management, this paper points out the need for collaborative flow management system in China based on Euro control and America＇s status and trends. According to the real situation in Central ＆ Southern Region and based on its flow management system, the paper plans the overall framework and construction procedure of the system preliminary and designs its main function and data processing procedures in detail, which expands the ideas to further improvement of the flow management system in Central ＆ Southern Region. It provides a useful reference to introduce the concept of CDM fully in our ATM. |
