| 摘 要： | 本文根据误差尺寸链理论推导出机身、机翼结合多交点的直线度误差尺寸链方程式,计算出交点的同轴度及叉耳配合中心位置的直线度误差,从而对产品结合技术要求的合理性提出改进意见,并对其设计补偿作出评价。

| Abstract: | An error dimensional chain equation for misalignment of multi-joint of wing to fuselage is discussed in this paper.The equation is derived on the basis of error dimensional chain theory and according the principle that between any two points a straight line may be drawn up but among more than two points only a broken line can be made. This equation can estimate the coaxality of joints arid the misalignment error in center location of fork-ear fitting. Therefore, some suggestions for improvement of unjust joining specifications are offered and the evaluation of construction compensation is given. |
