基于MSP430单片机的步进电机细分驱动器

摘    要:阐述了两相混合式步进电机的细分控制原理,提出了以MSP430单片机为微控制器,通过DAC7612产生相差为π2的细分电流控制信号,以集成步进电机驱动芯片为驱动器,实现了两相混合式步进电机的细分运行控制,电流细分精度达到1/2048。

Abstract:The article expands on the principle of subdivision control of two-phase mixed stepping motor,and realizes the subdivision operating control of two-phase mixed stepping motor with MSP430 SCM as the micro-controller and integrated stepping motor driving chip as the driver through the subdivision current control signal of DAC7612 with the phase difference being t-2.The current subdivision current precision can reach 1/2048.
