摘    要:将PIV(particle image velocimetry,粒子图像测速仪)技术应用于多功能旋转换热实验台,测量了不同工作状态下径向进气旋转盘腔问的速度场,介绍了实验装置、实验方法和误差分析方法;给出了旋转盘腔间速度场的瞬时值和平均值,测量结果表明了PIV技术能够测量复杂旋转盘腔间的流场,并定量分析影响因素(旋转雷诺数和流量系数)对速度场的影响;同时,分析得出激光反光的控制和示踪粒子的均匀稳定散播足实验成功的关键因素.

Abstract:Particle image velocimetry(PIV) was applied to a multifunctional rotating facility,the velocity distributions in the rotating cavity with a radial inflow of fluid had been measured in different working conditions.The experimental facility,experimental method and error analysis were introduced.The instantaneous and ensemble-average velocity fields in the rotating cavity had been discussed in this paper.And the results show PIV can be used to analyze the velocity field in a complex rotating cavity and the influence of non-dimensional mass flow-rate and rotating Reynolds number.At the same time,the light reflection control and the symmetrical and steady dispersion of tracer particles are the key factors of the PIV measurement.
