| Abstract: | The influence of project decision-making stage on the project cost as well as economic efficiency after the project's completion is introduced.Considering the importance of project investment decision-making and analyzing the problems which exist in the project decision-making processin,the paper respectively takes the corresponding measures to control engineering construction cost so as to achieve the anticipated goal of economic efficiency and the social efficiency. |
