步进电机转速稳定度的测定与分析

摘    要:在分析低速扫描中步进电机转速质量影响的基础上,介绍了用光电编码器测量转速稳定度的方法以及判定标准,并讨论了不同条件下步距角、惯性负载和微步距驱动对步进电机转速稳定度的影响。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of effect for rotation performance of stepping motor in low-speed scan, me measurement of the rotation stability by optical encoder and its evaluation criterion were presented in this paper, The factors of stepping pitch angle, inertial loading and micro stepping pitch driving to affect the rotation stability of stepping motor under different conditions were discussed at last.
