| Abstract: | Facing the challenge of the knowledge economy,there appears some new tendencies in company culture development,such as fusion of culture and capital,two-wins model,focus on company image,man-oriented concept,etc.Therefore,countermeasures as fostering cultural capital concept,conducting cross-cultural management,building up excellent company image and strengthening man-oriented administration should be taken. |
