摘 要: | Jiaohe, an ancient city, is situated on a more than 30-metre-high soil hill and 10 kilometres away from the west of Tulufan. It was called by locals as ``Ya'erhetu,' which meant ``Ya'er City.' The hill used to be a small island in the river when Jiaohe was a capital city of the Cheshiqian State more than 2,300 years ago.
