热结构动力优化设计

摘    要: 考虑温度沿飞行器表面的分布及材料物性系数随温度的变化,按Kuhn-Tucker条件建立迭代式,研究具有频率约束、振型节点约束以及变量上、下限约束的热结构动力优化设计。算例讨论了前3阶固有特性及最小目标随温度场的变化规律,证实本方法有效、可行。

Abstract:The temperature distribution on the surfaee of a flight vehicle and the variation of the modulus of elasticity with respect to temperature are considered in this paper. The minimum weight structural design with constraints on frequency,constraints on the coordinats of modal nodes and constraints on the upper and lower bounds of the design variables are studied using Kuhn-Tucker conditions as optimal criterion.The variation of the first three order natural fre-quencies,modal shapes and minimum structural weight vs. temperature gradient are discussed. The paper points out that it is important to take into account the effect of aerodynamic heating on structural dynamic optimization. Calculation example shows that this method is feasible and efficient.
