应用极限载荷试验的结构可靠性评定方法

摘    要:研究了验证了一种利用极限载荷试验结果对固体火箭发动机燃烧室金属壳体进行结构可靠性评定的贝叶斯法。首先建立了适用的应力-强度模型,导出了壳体结构可靠度验前概率密度函数的表达式。进而提出一种通过爆破试验获取试验信息的方法。然后用贝叶斯方法将验前信息与爆破试验信息结合起来对一种发动机燃烧室壳体的结构可靠性进行评定,验证了这一方法的合理性和可行性。

Abstract:A Bayes method of structure relboility assessment utilizing critical load tests for the metal cases of solid rocket motors has been researched and verificated. Firstly, an adaptable stress - capability model was established. Secondly, an expression of prior reliability probability density function for the case structure was derived, and a method to obtain the prior information from data of critical load tests in the past was presented. By means of combination of the prior information and the results of critical tests, the structure reliability of the given metal cases is assessed utilizing the Bayes method approached by the paper. The rationality and feasibility of the method have been demonstrated. It can be concluded that this is a practicable method specially in situation of small sample size, or for the objects characterized by high reliability and high manufacturing and testing cost.
