摘    要: 本文简单地介绍了可靠性数据处理时常用的正态分布和威布尔分布以及考虑结构疲劳危险细节数影响的构件额定值系数R_0。通过100多个试件的静力和疲劳试验,分析计算出铝合金LY_(12)CZ的静力和疲劳寿命统计参量值,验证了R_0系数计算方法的正确性,同时给出了标准差随试件数变化的规律。其结果可供飞机结构耐久性和损伤容限设计及可靠性设计时参考使用。

Abstract:The normal distribution and the Weibull distribution frequently used in reliability datum analysis and the Component Rating Factor (Rc) considering the effect of structural fatigue critical detail numbers are breifly presented in this paper.The values of statistical parameters of static strengh and fatigue life for the LY12CZ alloy ALUM are given, The computational method of the factor Rc is proven and the curve of the relation between standard deviation and specimen numbers is given by means of static and fatigue tests of over a hundred specimens.These results can be used as references in durability-damage tolerance design and reliability design of aircraft structures.
