关于某型发动机滑油温度和泵调节器壳体温度高问题的分析

摘    要:某型国产发动机装机后在进行地面试验时,地面开车时间较长,就会出现滑油温度以及泵调节器壳体温度偏高现象,尤其在转入小功率状态后温度上升非常快,不得不中断试验,影响研制进度。对该故障现象进行了分析,并对相应的改进措施以及验证结果进行了说明。最后通过对比国内外技术方案,对该型发动机提出了进一步的改进建议。

Analysis of Problem about High Temperature of Engine Oil and High Temperature of Engine Control Machine's Surface

Abstract:During ground test of the homebred engine,once the engine long ran,there were problem about high temperature of engine oil and high temperature of engine control machine's surface.The temperature quickly rase especially in a state of low power,so the test must interrupted,and the schedule delayed.This paper analyzed the fault,and explained measure and confirmed result.Through contrast this overseas technical project with the homebred technical project,this paper put ameliorative propose to the engine.
