| 摘 要： | 在分析了影响维护人员素质的因素后提出了基于BP神经网络对维护人员综合素质进行评估的方法.利用BP神经网络建立了维护人员综合素质的评价模型,并通过使用改进算法进行了训练.训练测试的结果表明,该方法具有较高的可行性和有效性,为全面评估维护人员的素质提供了一种方法.

| Abstract: | The factors that affect the equipment maintenance personnel are comprehensively analyzed,and a method is proposed to evaluate comprehensive quality of equipment maintenance personnel based on BP neural network.Evaluation model of equipment maintenance personnel is established by using BP neural network,and the improved algorithm is used for training.Training test results show that this method has a high feasibility and effectiveness,and provides a way to assess the quality of equipment maintenance personnel... |
