| 摘 要： | 针对目前党政机关网上文件传输存在的安全问题 ,提出一种在政务信息网中实现安全文件传输的方案 ,通过构建安全的 VPN网络及数字签名等安全手段 ,解决文件传输的安全、完整、抗抵赖等问题。
