摘    要:研制了一种通用型的航空蓄电池充电器,可作为铅酸、镉镍航空蓄电池的地面保障设备。该充电器为电源变换器与电流可逆双象限变换器的组合,将充电和放电结合由一套功率和控制电路实现。本文阐述了系统的电路方案、参数设计方法和控制电路构成。研制成功可用于恒流充电和放电的充电器样机,文中给出了实验数据和波形。样机实验表明了该充电器具有输出与电网高频电气隔离、结构简单、体积小、重量轻等优点。

Abstract:A general charger for aircraft batteries is introduced. The charger can be used as a maintainable equipment for acid and cadmium-nickel batteries. The charger is consisted of the power source converter and the current reversible converter. The charge and the discharge functions are fulfilled with single control circuit. The circuit scheme, parameter design and control principle are also introduced in detail. A prototype with constant current charge and discharge functions is developed. Experimental data and waveform are given. Experimental results of the charger show that the charger has the advantages of electric separation, bi-directional current flow and simple frame.
