层板结构冷却有效性的研究

摘    要:基于一维多孔材料内传热理论,建立层板冷却的理论模型,应用由实验获得的各种层板结构的流阻和换热特性,由层板两侧的压差估算通过层板的冷气流量和层板结构的冷却有效性。对影响层板冷却有效性的因素进行分析,为层板的设计起到指导作用。在相同吹风比下,双层层板要比单层层板冷却有效性高,而三层层板与双层层板之间的差别不大。通过与传统气膜冷却方式的比较,可以发现,层板冷却具有以较少的空气达到较高的冷却效果的巨大潜力。

Abstract:Combined with the permeability and heat transfer properties of lamilloy configurations obtained by experiments,a one dimensional porous wall thermal heat transfer model was applied to the analysis of the mass flow rate,and the overall cooling effectiveness of different lamilloys according to the pressure drop between the two sides.The investigation of various effects on cooling effectiveness has been made,the results presented in this paper will be useful for the actual lamilloy design.At the same blow ratios,the double layer porous plate exhibits higher cooling effectiveness than single layer,but the difference of cooling effectiveness between the triple layer plate and the double layer plate is not significant.Compared with the traditional cooling scheme,lamilloy is a prospective cooling scheme for the gas turbine engines of next generation.
