四嗪处理碳纳米管对环氧树脂固化动力学的影响

摘    要:采用3,6-二氨基-1,2,4,5-四嗪对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)改性处理,使其表面连接氨基或包覆了四嗪有机物,使得复合材料体系的固化反应起始温度和峰顶温度均比纯环氧树脂(EP)低,MWNTs的加入及其表面的接枝或包覆对环氧树脂的固化具有促进作用。由Kissinger和Ozawa公式分别计算了EP/二氨基二苯基砜(DDS)、MWNTs/EP/DDS、四嗪处理MWNTs/EP/DDS固化体系的表观活化能,分别为39.6、55.5和71.9kJ/mol。MWNTs表面接枝官能团,四嗪处理MWNTs/EP/DDS复合体系的表观活化能明显增加。

Abstract:A graft-amino functional group was coated or grafted on the surface of MWNTs by the reaction of tetrazine with MWNTs,which made the initial temperature and peak temperature of curing reaction system lower than that of pure epoxy resin.This shows that the addition of carbon and graft-amino functional group or coated tetrazine on MWNTs plays a catalytic role in the curing reaction system of epoxy resin.The activation energy of EP/DDS,MWNTs/EP/DDS and modified MWNTs/EP/DDS calculated by Kissinger and Ozawa is 39.6,55.5 and 71.9 kJ/mol respectively.Graft-amino functional group or coated tetrazine on MWNTs can make the activation energy increase obviously.
