摘    要:多点激励振动试验的实施较为复杂。文章研究应用虚拟试验技术在试验前进行试验方案设计及优化的方法。以双点激励虚拟随机振动试验系统为例进行虚拟试验,以及试验方案的优化;并将双点激励实物试验结果与虚拟试验结果进行对比分析。结果显示虚拟试验结果准确可靠,试验方案设计合理有效。

Abstract:The implementation of a multi-exciter vibration test is a relatively complicated task. The design and the optimization of the test scheme can be helped by using the virtual test technology. In this paper, firstly, the two-exciter random vibration test system is analyzed, and then with the system, the virtual test is carried out to optimize the scheme. The complete missile physical test results and the virtual test results are compared and analyzed. It is shown that the virtual vibration test gives accurate and reliable results, and that the optimized test scheme is reasonable and effective.
