摘    要:复合材料已在飞机结构中得到了广泛应用,其中胶接修补研究是当前复合材料结构修补中急待解决的重要问题之一。主要针对层合板结构胶接修理中的阶梯式挖补进行研究,建立了复合材料加筋板阶梯式挖补修理结构的有限元分析模型,并进行了屈曲数值分析,详细探讨了补片半径、补片阶梯数、筋距对挖补修理结构稳定性的影响规律。

Abstract:Composite is widely used in the structure of the aircraft, study of composite stiffened panel repair has become an important problem to be settled in the repair for the composite laminated structures. Finite element analysis models are performed in order to calculate the buckling factor of the composite laminates with a stepped-lap. The effect of repair parameters on the stability of repaired structures are discussed in detail, such as the radius of patch, the number of patch step, the width of composite stiffened panel structures.
