荷载级位对接缝传荷能力影响规律的试验研究

摘    要:接缝传荷能力的测试是机场刚性道面评价的重要内容。采用重型落锤式弯沉仪,研究了冲击荷载级位对于机场刚性道面道接缝传荷系数测试结果的影响规律。结果表明:采用的冲击荷载越小,测试结果出现异常的几率越大;随着冲击荷载的增大,传荷系数测试结果的随机性逐渐减小。结合目前国内机场刚性道面结构检测的技术状况并根据本次研究结果,当荷载级位取140kN时,传荷系数测试误差最大可达20%左右。

Abstract:Load transfer ability test of joint is the one of the most important task in airport rigid pavement evaluation. The impact of load-level on the load transfer coefficient of pavement joint is studied by FWD. The results showed that: the smaller the impact load, the greater the chances of the abnormal test results. Along with the impact load increasing, the randomness of the load transfer coefficient decreases. According to the current rigid pavements structure of the domestic airport, generally the impact load detection status is 140 kN, the results show that the error of Load Transfer Coefficient is up to 20%.
