| 摘 要： | 利用CATIA软件建立了驱动桥壳的三维实体模型。通过对驱动桥壳进行有限元分析,分别得到了驱动桥壳四种典型工况的等效应力和变形。结果表明该驱动桥壳满足强度要求和最大变形量的要求,为驱动桥壳的结构改进及优化设计提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The three-dimensional model of a drive axle housing is established by CATIA.The FEA is simulated under the typical circumstance to get the results of stress distribution and deformation.The results show that the drive axle housing can meet the strength demand and maximal deformation.The theoretical base for the drive axle housing structure improvement and optimum design has been presented. |
