| 摘 要： | 以Freeman的语言教师学习理论和Dudley—Evans＆St．John的角色理论为指导，以三所高职院校的ESP教师和部分学生为调查对象，通过问卷调查、个体访谈等研究工具探讨ESP教师在角色定位方面的偏差和个体发展方面的不足，并提出促进个体发展的措施。

| Abstract: | Based on Freeman＇ s language teacher learning theory and Dudley - Evans ＆ St. John＇ s role theory, the author makes a survey on ESP teachers and some ESP learners in three higher vocational colleges by delivering questionnaires and carrying out interviews. The paper aims at exploring the demerits in ESP teachers＇ role orientation and individual development, and proposes the corresponding measures. |
