| 摘 要： | 加强对监考教师的思想品德教育是十分必要的，监考教师在期末考试中的表现主流是好的，但也存在着不尽如人意的状况。分析监考教师在期末考试监考工作中表现不足的原因，并提出对监考教师进行思想品德教育的对策。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the ideological and moral education of the monitoring teachers is very essential. The supervisors＂ mainstream of the performance in the final exam is good, and however, there also exists an unsatisfied situation. This thesis analyses the investigators＇ work deficiency in the final exam, and puts forward the countermeasures toward their ideological and moral character education. |
