疲劳裂纹尖端塑性变形的研究

摘    要:采用弹塑性有限元方法研究了疲劳裂纹尖端的塑性区形状和尺寸以及加载与卸载过程中裂纹面形状的变化,通过比较相同条件下静态裂纹与疲劳裂纹面张开位移的差异,研究了疲劳裂纹尖端尾纹中残留塑性变形的形成,讨论了裂纹尖端尾纹中残留塑性变形对裂纹闭合现象的影响。

Abstract:An elastic-plastic finite element simulation of growing fatigue crack is used to study the size and shape of the forward plastic zone at the crack tip and the changes of crack profile during loading and unloading of the fatigue cycle. The residual plastic deformation in the wake of the advancing crack tip is studied by comparison between the crack opening displacements of fatigue crack and stationary crack under the same maximum applied stress. The influence of residual plastic deformation in the wake of the growing crack on the phenomenon of crack closure is also discussed.
