摘    要:
对TC11钛合金施行了不同的热处理制度,得到6种α,β相分布组织形态,研究不同的组织形态的高温低周期疲劳,结果表明,等轴组织具有最高的疲劳寿命,而晶间β组织的疲劳寿命较低,分析认为,高温循环形变时,晶界滑移称为微应变的协调性产生重要影响。

Abstract:
The titanium alloy TC11 was Performed with different heat treating regimes and six types of distributed patterns in alpha and beta phase were obtained and the high temperature and low cycle fatigue in different distributed patterns were also investigated in this paper.The results show that the equiaxed structure has the highest fatigue life and that of intercry stalline beta structure is quite low.It has been found that the grain boundary sliding action has an inportant effect on the harmony of microstrain during high temperature cycle deformation
