摘    要:采用有限元分析软件Ansys对某型航空发动机中介机匣分流环插接安装的脱开失效载荷进行了分析,对其中涉及的有限元计算中的非线性问题进行了简化,将状态非线性转化为位移边界条件,只考虑材料非线性,提高了计算效率。经试验验证表明:这种简化计算方法合理可行,能够为该结构的设计提供有意义的参考。

Invalidation Load Analysis of Splicing Detachment for an Aeroengine Intermediate Case Splitter

Abstract:The invalidation load of splicing detachment was analyzed by Ansys program for an aeroengine intermediate case splitter.The correlative nonlinear matter was simplified.The state nonlinearity was translated to the displacement boundary conditions,at the same time the material nonlinearity was exclusively considered.In this way the computation efficiency was improved.The test results show that the simplified method is feasible,and can provide significant reference for the structure design.
