光控相控阵雷达光延时技术研究

摘    要:介绍光控相控阵雷达的基本组成,并提出可编程多通道光纤真时延迟网络结构。制作开关控制的3级光纤真时延迟线结构,实现并验证8个扫描角度的可编程波束成形延迟网络。以2GHz微波信号进行测试,三级延迟线通道间微波相移间隔分别为0.16π、0.32π、0.48π,通过开关控制与组合,实现0.16π相移量的0~7倍连续可调。最后仿真计算形成的波束方向图。

Abstract:The basic composition of optical controlled phased array radar is introduced, and the structure of programmable fiber true time delay lines with multi-channel is proposed. 3-stage FDLs with DWDM and 2× 2 MEMS switches is achieved, and the programmable beam forming network with 8 steering status is demonstrated. The microwave phase shift with 0.16π, 0.32π and 0. 48π for the three stages is measured for 2GHz microwave source. By controlling the switches, 0 - 7 times for the basic phase shift 0. 16π is demonstrated. Finally, the antenna pattern is simulated.
