摘    要:针对高速公路路网络存在的多义路径问题,提出一种基于北斗定位技术的高速公路通行卡设计方案。将北斗芯片与高速公路ETC通行卡集成,在车辆行驶过程中精确记录其位置信息,并将其与地图数据进行匹配,得到车辆的实际行驶轨迹,并以此为依据收取通行费用,有效避免多义路径现象,有助于实现高速公路大范围联网收费。与目前已有的RFID标识站方案及车牌自动识别方案相比,本方案具有识别结果精确、对现有系统改动较小、受外界影响较小等特点,具有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract:For the ambiguous paths of highway network, a highway pass card design based on BeiDou positioning technology is proposed. The highway pass card, which can record the precise position information of vehicles' movements, is realized through integrating BeiDou chip and Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) pass card. By matching the position record to map data, the actual vehicles' traveling tracks can be obtained, and then the highway tolls will be collected according to the traveling tracks. This design solves the ambiguous paths problem effectively, and can contribute to realize highway wide range network toll collection. Compared with the RFID technology and license plate recognition method, this solution has some advantages such as its precise recognition result, less modification to existing system and external influence etc, having the comprehensive value of application.
