| 摘 要： | 采取问卷调查的方法，对陕西一个普通村庄的农民的法律意识进行了调查。对调查结果进行了分析，归纳出了当前农民法律意识的四个特点和产生这些特点的五方面原因，并据此提出了四条建议，以期全社会共同努力，共创农村法制工作美好明天。

| Abstract: | The essay adopted questionnaire to investigate legal consciousness on farmers in a Shaanxi village and analyzed findings,summarized four features on the current farmers' legal consciousness and five reasons gave rise to the characteristics based on which proposed suggestions with the expectation for mutual effort and creating magnificent future on the legal work in the rural areas. |
