真空差压铸造微电脑控制系统的硬件设计

摘    要:介绍了微电脑真空差压铸造控制系统的组成及工作原理,设计了压力检测电路、调节阀控制电路和串行通信接口电路,同时说明了系统的调试,并给出了实验结论。结果表明,该系统的硬件电路设计合理,运行情况良好,并达到了设计指标。

Abstract:The hardware structure and working principle of vacuum counter-pressure casting microcomputer control system was introduced,and the circuit of pressure detection,the regulating valve control and serial communication I/O were designed.Meanwhile,the debugging of the system was introduced,and finally,the experimental conclusion was drawn.The experimental results indicated that the design of hardware system was reasonable because the system runs well and has achieved the design target.
